The Morning After: 20/365 NaBlogPoMo

Happy Anniversary, Mr. President. Where do we go from here?

The morning after an upset victory in Massachusetts and I am still glued to Morning Joe. The man who was elected last night supports waterboarding and a Democratic state elected him.

What is Obama thinking right this minute?

How do we reclaim the hope?

  1. I hear your uncertainty. The photo speaks to me more of your concern. Your posture says it.

We had hope, we need action!
I want things to go as well as the next person, but the folks attacking the party are within the party and that’s not ever going to be a winning agenda.

  3. I think there’s always a disconnect between the ride into the White House and then the reality. It’s been a tough year for Obama but he is still well liked and he’s a smart guy with lots of stamina. I think he’s just begun to rise to the job of leadership. I can’t wait (for the first time in 8 years) for his State of the Union speech.

    Time to get inspired!
